"Showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered a dress and it got to me in 4 days, which was quicker than I thought it would be. The packaging was fine, tracking worked fine, and everything went smoothly. I really was expecting it to take longer, so yeah, happy with the delivery.

"Good quality, fit was close"
I ordered a dress and a top from Pomelo, the quality was better than I expected. The material feels nice, really nice, and the stitching still looks fine even after I washed them once. The fit was mostly good, though the top was a little tighter around the arms than I thought it would be based on the size chart. It’s still wearable, still wearable for sure, just something to keep in mind. Shipping was okay, not the fastest, but not terrible either. Overall, I’m happy with what I got

Overall, I was really happy with how the return went. I had to send back a dress that didn’t fit right, and I was expecting the whole thing to be annoying, but the steps were clear and the email updates helped a lot. My only small complaint is that it’s always disappointing when something looks cute but doesn’t fit the way you hoped, so that part was a bummer. Still, the return itself was simple, and the refund showed up just a few days after they received it. No chasing them down or dealing with weird delays, which I really appreciated.

They took a while to get back to me, which was kind of annoying, but once they did, they were actually helpful and got things sorted out

"Sizing was pretty much what I expected"
I ordered my usual size because that’s what I normally do, and for the most part it fit the way I was hoping it would. It wasn’t absolutely perfect in every single spot, but it was close enough that I didn’t feel like I needed to size up or down. Overall, I’d say the sizing is accurate if you stick with what you usually wear
